These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Moth Property Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") to our customers ("you"). By requesting a quote or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
Moth Property Solutions provides property services including window cleaning, junk removal, yard cleanup and general property care and maintenance in Alliston and surrounding areas. Before work begins we agree on a clear scope so both parties know what's included.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided online or by phone are free and are approximate, based on the information you provide. For a firm price, we may confirm details on site or by follow-up. We'll let you know the price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
Scheduling
We'll agree on a date and window that work for you. Some work — such as exterior window cleaning and yard cleanup — depends on weather, and may be rescheduled to the next suitable day.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, e-transfer and other arrangements confirmed with your quote.
Our Standard
We treat every property like it's our own and stand behind our work. If something about a completed job isn't right, let us know promptly and we'll make it right.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, please give us as much notice as you can, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
